Another exciting chapter for Rip Curl, and another success for JPS Designs + Build! This time, we had the pleasure of reimagining their downtown Huntington Beach location, transforming it with a fresh renovation that perfectly encapsulates the brand’s adventurous spirit. From the very beginning, our team dove into the project with enthusiasm, combining creative conceptual design with expert millwork fabrication and custom display stands to create a retail space that truly reflects Rip Curl’s dynamic identity.

The design focused on blending the laid-back beach vibe of Huntington Beach with Rip Curl’s bold, surf-inspired ethos. We made sure every element of the space—whether it was the display fixtures or unique custom-built details—was carefully tailored to embody that sense of freedom and adventure that the brand represents. We wanted the store to feel like an extension of the oceanfront lifestyle: relaxed, but with plenty of excitement and energy.

From the millwork fabrication, which brought texture and warmth to the space, to the custom display stands that showcased Rip Curl’s latest gear in a fresh, functional way, we worked diligently to ensure every detail served both the brand’s vision and its customers.
